With our bespoke, turn-key service, we’ll transform ideas into reality– guiding you through decisions in materials, spatial organization, and technical design to achieve a functional space that aligns with your goals and lifestyle. From the initial consultation to the final walk-through, we manage every detail of the project with professionalism so that you can enjoy watching your plans come to life.
During the first phase of your project, we’ll confirm the project scope, layout, investment estimate, and aesthetic direction. We’ll document your space, capture your input and desires, gather inspiration, and envision your home’s transformation from every angle. We’ll consult with our trade partners to confirm feasibility and gain estimates for their work.
Phase One: Conceptual Design
Once the project’s goals and concepts are outlined, we’ll move forward with the detailed design phase. At this time, we’ll source all furnishings and materials, prepare formal plans, and procure quotes for thorough proposals. This is where we transform our ideas and dreams into orders and make plans to take care of every element of the project.
Phase Two: Detailed Design
Phase Three: Purchasing & Execution
The third phase of the project may vary based on the timeline, scope of work, and the schedules of our contractor and other trade partners. We’ll communicate all information to the vendors and trades, place orders, track deliveries, and oversee installation. If your project requires construction, we’ll manage the project work and resolve any deficiencies.
The most exciting part of any project is when we welcome our clients into their new space! But before that happens, we’ll follow up on any outstanding items to be certain that every detail is completed to our satisfaction. You’ll receive a Project Closing packet with additional resources and a care guide to help you maintain your new furnishings and finishes.
Phase Four: Project Wrap-Up
