We manage every aspect of your project and work closely with your contractor and or architect in order to communicate the design vision and ensure it’s executed with the highest industry standards. We serve as your liaison and will assist with any bottlenecks or concerns that arise during the construction process. Keep in mind team chemistry is important and will make your life easier.
JMorris Design LLC is not responsible for damages that occur to items during transit or installation. We pride ourselves on selecting trusted contractors and vendors, but things do happen. In the case of furnishings, our receivers will be notifying us of damages as items are inspected, giving us enough time to reach out to the vendor and try to rectify the situatio
We dedicate our time, attention, and energy to every project we take on. We schedule so we can provide exceptional service to all of our clients. We are happy to take on additional scope as our schedule permits at our hourly billing rate. A new proposal and contract may be created for increased scope.
While our proposal does not include assisting with packing or disposing of unwanted furniture, we can provide you with our list of trusted vendors we have worked with over the years. Whether you need a moving / storage recommendation or help selling, donating, or disposing of an item, we can send you recommended options. We may be able to assist with this task at our hourly billing rate.
